I had a very similar situation, same ages of both parties. Suffice it to say, my now ex husband crossed the lines of appropriate behavior which included inappropriate tickling, keeping secrets (him telling her not to tell me things that the two of them did together) and the final, her changing her top while he was in the same room, alone.
