Even if Frankenstein is a good bloke....from the sound of things it's an issue for him to turn up at this party without a date. But lets say two days from now she gets back to you with some nothing-ish message, you take around two days to reply with a nothing-ish message; you do not reply in 5 minutes with a date offer. See?
