So you find it really hard to believe that her children actually do miss you/have asked about you? Seems to me that before you invest anymore of your time, heart or energy on this woman, she owes you some kind of apology or explanation for her past behavior....afterall, if I were in your shoes, I'd now be leary of her "changing her mind" again.....and at some point in the future, pushing you away again. I thought the same exact thing. The women in their 20's seemed to be there to see if there were any "cute" guys. If not, in their opinion, they talked to each other. Well she didnt take no for an answer and continued pursuing him as if mine and his relationship was just a fling. I told him that he has to tell me when she calls or emails, so that I dont feel like he's doing anything behind my back. I also made him throw out all pictures, poems, anything that had her mark on it. I found out that about a year and half into our relationship he also called her back, and texted her.
