In the following days we did not talk, I didn't feel comfortable and I realized that I had done something unnecessary. My only option was to change my Facebook status to "Single" again and, me and a friend of mine pretended it was a bet and I was "forced" to do that because I lost it. By doing that, the girl came to talk to me in the next day, saying that she saw that a good movie was about to be launched in the movies. We talked a few words and then I haven't talked to her anymore, for the last three days. In the last conversation, she wasn't asking me a lot of things as she used to and she always came to me saying "Hi" one day or another, but she hasn't texted me anymore.

Aww your post made me smile. So happy you've moved on and actually "liking" someone else. He sounds interested but to gauge what exactly he's interested in remember to take it slow. Careful with the dating others.. not that you shouldn't but sometimes men pull back if they know there are others in the background.

I wouldn't bring up the rebound thing to start with because she will deflect and probably just be like "Omg no babe you are not a rebound, how could you think that? Don't worry about my past relationship, it's over" or something. Just ask her flat out when it ended and how long it was. It's really not a strange question to ask. If she asks why, just tell her that you were curious, and that you shared that info with her. You don't have to be accusatory or anything like that, just ask.
